Technical data:
Intuitive control panel for adjusting:
– gas flow time before arc ignition
– initial current intensity
– welding current rise time
– welding current
– base current intensity (only in TIG DC PULS mode)
– pulse width (duration) (only in TIG PULSE mode)
– pulse frequency (only in TIG DC PULSE mode)
– current fall time
– final current
– gas flow time after arc extinction
The welder has functions that facilitate MMA welding:
– HOT START: increases the welding current at arc ignition to facilitate ignition of the electrode
– ARC FORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the length of the arc when increasing the welding current, optimizing the transfer of drops of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the extinction of the arc when the electrode contacts the welded material
– ANTI STICK: limits the welding current by preventing the electrode from sticking to the material being welded
Equipped with the TIG DC PULS function, it prevents burn-through when welding thin material (less than 1.5 mm thick) or discoloration of the material (when welding stainless steel).
The compact design makes the device suitable for repair work in halls and in the field. Transportation is facilitated by equipping the welder with a shoulder strap.
