EXPERT MULTIMIG 200it is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminum. Welding takes place in the shield of inert gas, active gas or a mixture, and in reverse polarity without gas.
FunctionTIG DCandTIG DC PULSEis used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper and titanium.
FunctionTIG ACandTIG AC PULSE: enables welding of aluminum and its alloys as well as brass.
Thanks to parameter adjustmentTIG PULS pulsed weldingwe influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also allows you to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
The arc is ignited in the non-contact mode (HF) or touch (LIFT). The LIFT function is used when welding in an environment with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings.
Both with the MIG/MAG method and TIG HF contactless ignition and TIG LIFT touch ignition, we can choose the function of the button in the handle between working in the2-baror4-bar(button lock for long seams).
The device has a manual mode and19 programs synergistic MIG/MAGadjustable:

- TIG AC – sinusoidal voltage waveform
The function of saving welding parameters makes it easier to work on various materials without having to re-set the device when changing gas and wire.

Urządzenie posiada układ chłodzenia wentylatorem co zdecydowanie zwiększa jego wydajność.
Fan cooling system –activated only when necessary– reduces contamination inside the device.
Urządzenie wyposażone jest w zabezpieczenie przeciw przeciążeniu, over and under voltage, for operation with a power generator (+/- 15%), which increases its reliability.
